Pilgrim Program – Church and Kingdom
Commencing 9.30am Friday 14 June and running for six weeks.
The Pilgrim Program is a high quality Bible Study resource developed by the Church of England in direct response to a request from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York for a comprehensive study for adults interested in exploring the Christian tradition with Anglican eyes.
We have been running studies on various topics from the program for the last couple of years. This course explores what it means to live as a child of the kingdom of God and follow in the way of Christ each day as a member of his Church. How does it affect our life at work as well as at home? How does it affect what we do with the gifts we have been given, especially those gifts of time and talents, passions, resources and money? How does it affect our relationships with others? And how does it affect our relationship with the world? How is the Christian faith changing us and shaping us so that we become more like Jesus?
Please indicate your intention to attend by completing a flyer which can be obtained at the Church and returning it to the Parish priest or by emailing ajpaulsen@bigpond.com
